ProfitGuard was founded in 2025, built on the conviction that companies shouldn't only find out whether they're profitable at year-end — they should know it for every single order. What began as a method rooted in decades of consulting experience was turned into standalone software in our founding year.
Since then, the team has combined business expertise from consulting and management with hands-on product and technical development to keep improving ProfitGuard — together with the trades, construction, mechanical engineering, and service businesses that use it every day.
